Imo NHFSS Commander Charges Officers To Be Law Abiding

The Commander  Nigeria  Hunter and Forest  Security Service, Imo State Command, Dr. Fabian Onyebuchi Iwuoha has admonished its officers to be law-abiding now and at all times.

 He gave this charge while addressing newsmen in Owerri, the capital of lmo State.


The commander,  Dr.  Iwuoha who returned from a very fruitful national training reiterated that all operations by its officers in Imo state without the approval of the Imo State Command of the Nigerian Police force still remain suspended and advised its officers to maintain the status quo.


 He said. " We are still fine-tuning steps towards effective partnership and synergy with all stakeholders in the security architecture of the state and do not want to overstep our boundaries. 

"Our bill has just passed through the House of Reps, which is great news. But we are still very careful of our actions. 

"We have a duty to service and we do not shy away from it , but due diligence must be adhered to at all times in the execution of our duties". 

 He commended all the national and state patrons who have worked tirelessly to move the state command forward.

 Dr. Iwuoha also commended the commissioner  of police in the state, CP. Mohammed Barde for his guidance and support,  the commissioner for homeland security  Dr ugorji o ugorji who has been very  helpful and the traditional rulers of various towns and villages , and most importantly imolites who have received the NHFSS with open arms .
