There is no doubt that the judgment of the Supreme Court to be determined on Friday in the case of double nomination of vice-presidential-elect, Kashim Shettima may be compromised after all.
Strong indication reveal that one of the Justices of the Supreme Court to be seat to adjudicate the case, Justice Helen Ogunwumiju was in a similar judgement favoured the Senate President, Ahmad Lawan.
The justice from Ondo State also has one of his sons, Otunba Moyinolorun Ogunwumiju belonging to the ruling APC where he won the Ondo West 1 House of Assembly seat-elect.
Omotayo Williams @KadunaResident, he tweeted "On the left is Justice Ogunwumiju who would decide on APC/Shettima’s double nomination in supreme court. On the right is her son, an APC member who won the House of representative (house of Assembly) seat in Ondo state and was backed by Gov Akeredolu.
"Need I say more?
"Helen Ogunwumiju is also one of the Justices that ruled that Senator Lawan who didn’t contest the APC senatorial primaries “won the primaries.”
"All Nigerians want is a judiciary system they can trust. We pray for more wisdom and hope for justice."
