Imo NNPP Guber Candidate, Ben Odunzeh, Describes 10th National Assembly Leadership As Hope For Nigeria *Urges Principal Officers To Shun Corruption, Favouritism

 


The Imo State governorship hopeful in the November 11, 2023 election under the platform of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPC), Uche Ben  Odunzeh congratulated Senator Godswill Akpabio and Senator Jibrin Barau, for their victory and inauguration as Senate president and deputy Senate president respectively of the Nigerian Senate.


Hon. Odunzeh, also congratulated the Speaker of the  House of Representatives Hon. Tajudeen Abbas and his deputy, Hon. Benjamin Kalu. 



Odunzeh, stated this in an interview with newsmen when he attended the elections and  inauguration of the 10th National Assembly members elect in Abuja on Tuesday 13th June 2023.


The Eziachi, Orlu local government born political guru while speaking to the new speaker of the Nigerian green Chambers, advised him to give listening ear to everyone in the house and focus on policies, motions and laws that will give hope to Nigeria.



Odunzeh, also felicitated all the inaugurated national assembly members from Imo state, and enjoined them to be united and work together for quality representation of their various constituencies in the National Assembly.


The Imo NNPP guber candidate, decried and condemned the poor administration in Imo, high rate of insecurity, abuse of human rights, and lack of good development projects in imo state.


He added that if elected his administration would establish industries that will be situated in each of the three senatorial districts in Imo, with the aim to boost the economy of the State. 


According to him, nothing is currently working in Imo, adding that businesses have collapsed under this failed government, and called on entire Imolites to rise to their civil responsibilities to support his candidature in order to return the lost glory of the State. 


The Imo Guber hopeful bared his mind on the damages caused by the present Imo government, the gross loss of human lives, destruction of properties and manhandling of Imo  State economy.


Odunzeh promised to salvage the State in areas of governance, education, unemployment, agriculture, commerce, peace and security amongst others.


"It is glaring to Imolites that the government in Imo State, is nothing but a complete waste, failure and bent to suffer her citizens."


He tasked Imo electorate not to be swayed by lies, camouflages, and money bags, adding that "enough is enough for the wise,"  and commended the people of the State for supporting his candidature and pledged never to let them down, but to put smile on their faces.
