TRINITY OPOCA OWERRI ZONE CONGRATULATES UZODINMA, IMOLITES ON AFRIEXIM BANK PARTNERSHIP

The National High Command of OPOCA Owerri Zone has congratulated His Excellency, the Governor and Imolites across all political parties in the State for the benefit of securing partnership of AFRIEXIM BANK in funding the great and ambitious projects of dredging and Orashi/ Oguta lake, establishment of the Export Oil and Gas Free Zone with a Naval Base in the State which is aimed at prompting a catalytic activation of multiple level economic and commercial activities in Imo State and South East in general.

The command recalled that last year Sen. Hope Uzodinma flagged-off the dredging of the Orashi/Oguta river with mapping  following later in the year. The subsequent approval by the federal government for dredging the Orashi/Oguta lake which is ten nautical miles into the Atlantic Ocean is to allow ships 🛳️ barth in and out of Imo State from foreign countries. This is one of the highest economic legacy the Uzodinma administration will bequeath to Imolites and land locked Easterners.

We encourage the Governor to speedily invite other investors who have shown interest in partnering with the State particularly Hassan Allan, Elsewedy Electric, Orascom and ADES to visit the State without further delay. This is to enable the State position herself to the avalanche of derivatives accruing from this single digit strategic exploit by our highly intentional Governor.

Imolites  are anxiously awaiting the following results from the $1.5 billion investment mission, namely massive job creation, boosting productivity and commercial activity with the establishment of an industrial cluster, fertiliser plant, uninterrupted power supply by taking advantage of the large gas deposits in the State.

Your Excellency, the Governor, Trinity OPOCA Owerri Zone appreciates your doggedness, foresight and vision. Your bonding with the National power architecture is legendary and history will be kind to you in 2027 and thereafter.
