“The righteous perish, and no one takes it to heart… those who walk uprightly enter into peace.” – Isaiah 57:1-2
”The memory of the righteous is a blessing.”-Proverbs 10:7
Today marks 7 years since our father, His Imperial Majesty Eze Desmond Ogugua, Mirinaedoroha 1, passed into glory.
Seven years ago today, heaven gained a king; welcomed a king and we bid farewell to our earthly pillar. Yet your love, wisdom, and royal prayers still guide our every step.
Yet not a day passes that we don’t feel your love, your wisdom, and your prayers guiding us. Papa, your crown on earth has become eternal in heaven. Your wisdom still speaks, your love still covers me and my siblings and your legacy still shines.
As Mirinaedoroha 1, you lived your name — the one who brings goodness to all. Your throne was not just in the palace, it was in the hearts of your people. You ruled with grace, served with humility, and loved your family and kingdom with a strength and fierceness that still inspires your children and your people. You taught us dignity, faith in God, and the meaning of true leadership.
Though the palace feels empty without your laughter and counsel, your legacy lives on and reigns. In every act of kindness we show, in every prayer we lift, in every act of honor we uphold, in every seed we sow and in every step we take — we carry your name, your blood, and your blessing. we miss your voice, your embrace, and your kingly advice. But we rejoice knowing you wear an eternal crown in glory, watching over us.
Continue to rest in perfect peace, Ezem, Mirinaedoroha 1. Your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren will forever uphold your name and make you proud. We miss your voice, your embrace, and your royal advice. But we rejoice knowing you are resting in the bosom of the Lord, crowned in glory.
Continue to rest in perfect peace, Ezem your children will never stop making you proud.
Till We Meet At Jesus’ Feet,
Your loving Children love you forever.
