IMSU WHITEPAPER INDICTMENT: HOW DIKEOCHA CRUCIFIED ALEX MBATA IN HIS RESPONSE.

Dr Chuks Nzerem, KSM.

Recently, my candid attention was drawn to a rejoinder by my very good friend,  Godfrey Dikeocha, the Director General of Prince Alex Mbata Campaign Organization in response to a recent press release by the PDP publicity Secretary, Collins Opurozor calling for the arrest and prosecution of Prince Alex Mbata over his indictment by Prof Nebo panel.

Well, after painstakingly reading through Barr Dikeocha's rejoinder, I came to a logical conclusion that Prince Alex Mbata really has  a lot of work to do on his Senatorial Campaign strategy especially on his information management desk and Image making.

Without any prejudice, the indisputable fact is that Prince Alex Mbata has remained on the eyes of the storm over his indictment by a panel of inquiry. It is also within the public domain that Prince Alex Mbata went to court to sort the relief of the court to quash the said white paper that indicted him. It is also within the public realm  that he is trying to use the instrumentality of Government  power to suffocate the white paper indictment on him and to get a "black market" judgment in his favour.

What demystifies my cerebral instinct in the whole scenario is the methodology and strategy adopted by Alex Mbata and his team in exonerating him from the indictment mess. Instead of deploying some scale-up strategy to save his face from the damage already done, he choses to prevaricate  within the circumference of the main issue.

Indictment by any administrative panel of inquiry is a very serious issue, contrary to the picture my friend Goddy Dikeocha is trying to paint. It is a heap of moral baggage on the person and personality of Alex Mbata.  If it is in a civilized society, Alex Mbata is not qualified to contest for any position of trust until he cleared himself from the indictment entanglement. Politics is a very serious business to be left in  the hands of people of questionable history with corruption hashtag.

My concern is the staggered mentality and lack of deep-thought on the side Alex Mbata Supporters. In the event of such a heinous and monumental indictment on Alex Mbata, one expects an elegant and classy damage-control strategy rather than the moonlight tale  and peacock restitution.

Reading through Goddy Dikeocha's response to the PDP recent press  release, it became crystal clear that Goddy ended up crucifying Mbata more and digging a 6" grave for him. He failed to exonerate him from the indictment mess and ended up vindicating those that are calling for his arrest and prosecution. Image making and information management is a very important aspect of any campaign which Mbata is lacking.

I only know my  very good friend Goddy Dikeocha as a lawyer and politician but not as an image launderer and maker. His response to the PDP press release is so disgusting and embarrassing. He ended up exposing Alex Mbata's anus. Wisdom to address issues is not by "garagara", it is a grace from God. If you don't have it, you don't have it. The crux of the matter is Alex Mbata's indictment by a panel of inquiry set up by the government. Instead of addressing the points raised by the press statement, my friend Goddy Dikeocha in his usual characteristic sycophantic flippancy and spineless inarticulation and adumbration ended up making no point.

It is funny seeing my friend Goddy Dikeocha citing legal authority as reference, because I can't remember if Dikeocha is still practicing or  the last time he went to court to defend a client. Infact, whoever Dikeocha defends in court is risking jail.
I am not trying to pour venomous vituperation on him. He is my friend, I am only saying the reality.

My advice for Alex Mbata is to look inwards on the character and capacity of those that are driving his campaign. So far, judging from the recent Goddy Dikeocha's response, indeed, nothing can be found "na oche Ndi six".

To me, the white paper indictment is a very big moral baggage on his person. No responsible and right thinking person will like to have a Senator with such a questionable trademark on his forehead. This is my humble advice.
