Uzodimma, Amuchie, Ihedioha, Chukwueke, Eze Ohanweh, Others Commiserate With Uneze Over Mother's Demise, As Burial Fixes For March 27

 


Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma has commiserated with his former Special Adviser on Print Media, Sir Amby Uneze on the demise of his dear mother, Ezinne Juliana Akunna Uneze at the age of 84.


Uneze, who is also an editor with Thisday Newspapers as well as a publisher of Tdpnewsng.com, an international online newspaper has fixed for the mother's burial for Thursday, March 27, 2025.


In the same vein, former governor of Imo State, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha, the Chief Operations & Information Officer/Executive Director, Fidelity Bank PLC, Sir Stanley Amuchie, former Chief Technical Adviser to Government of Imo State as well as the Chief Executive Officer/Chairman of Germane Group, Chief Jerry Chukwueke, and His Royal Majesty, Eze Oliver Ohanweh, among others have individually sent in their tributes in honour of Ezinne Juliana Uneze.


Uzodimma described death as an inevitable end for all mortals, but adding that, losing a dear mother at any time remains painful, challenging and demanding.



The Governor said that while it is not easy for the Uneze's family to bear the loss of such a woman of honour, a loving and caring mother, he prays God to strengthen the family in their time of grief.


According to him, on behalf of my family, the government and entire good people of Imo State, I send our heart felt condolences to the Uneze's family and enjoin all of you to bear this irreparable loss with fortitude.


Ihedioha while consoling the Uneze's family described Ezinne Juliana Uneze as a remarkable mother, home builder, community leader and above all a devout Christian.


He noted that Ezinne Juliana Uneze would be greatly missed not only for the numerous lives that she touched but also for her remarkable contributions to the Christian faith.


In his own condolence message, Sir Stanley Amuchie enjoined the Uneze's family to bear the loss of their matriarch with fortitude, hoping that from her Christian life while on earth, she would be resting in the Lord.


Amuchie consoled the Chief mourner and first son of the late Mama, Sir Amby Uneze not to cry like someone who has no hope in Jesus Christ.


Chief Jerry Chukwueke and Eze Ohanweh in their separate condolence messages described Ezinne Juliana Uneze as a caring and loving mother who would be greatly missed. 


They urged the bereaved family to be comforted by the numerous legacies and contributions their late mother made to the community, Church and society at large as a testimony to be emulated by her children.

 

According to the burial programme, the body of late Ezinne Juliana Uneze will leave Ogbor Nguru Mortuary with a brief stop at her maiden home, Ohanu's compound, in Umuanuma Nguru. Lying in State at her husband's compound at Eziala Ogwu Nguru, while Requiem Mass takes place at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Ogbor Nguru by 11am and thereafter Interment takes place at her husband's compound. Guests would be entertained at Development Schools' premises along Eziala Ogwu - Nkwogwu road.
